Aquaponics is the management of a full ecosystem, so one input will inevitably interact with everything in the system. aquaponics relies on natural biological processes and is rewarded through better growth, less maintenance, and lower disease rates over time. if you can’t beat mother nature, you might as well join forces with her.. Aquaponics, or pisciponics, is a sustainable food production system that combines conventional aquaculture, with hydroponics in a symbiotic environment. in aquaculture, effluents accumulate in the water, increasing toxicity for the fish..
